The president of the company EUROBUILD LTD is Ivan Stanchev. He graduated
in his speciality Architecture and Construction in the town of Rousse in 1979.
He started his career with housing construction and large industrial buildings
in Rousse and its area in 1981. Ivan Stanchev started his own business as a
private construction company in 1995. The company was building small villas
and small hotels in Sunny Beach during that time.
Throughout the past nine years our team have put all their efforts into the
development of construction and engineering activity. Today the company has
its own independent design and engineering department employing qualified
architects and civil engineers, constructors, water and sewerage engineers
and electrical engineers – a total number of six specialities. Most of our
projects have been executed under the design of our own team. In the
company construction division, highly qualified managers work under
permanent employment contracts: civil engineers as group and site technical
managers in every speciality – a total number of nine specialists; the technical
design division has two specialists; geodesy – one; accounting and business
division – four.
We have an average number of 350 – 500 workers in the following professions:
shuttering works, welders, metal construction fitters, plasterers, brick layers,
KNAUF systems fitters, plumbers, electricians, insulation workers, painters,
stucco layers, covering tiles layers and workers.
For the past ten years, since its foundation, the company has followed a
determined policy for the continual improvement and perfection of its
construction activity.
Our construction team has completed and commissioned over sixteen projects
“from excavation to turn key”. The total useful built up area exceeds one
hundred thousand square metres. Ten of the projects are public buildings –
hotels and restaurants, and the other six are residential buildings on the
territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the last three years our company has achieved extremely short building
periods using the newest European technologies. Now we are capable of
completing a multi-storey construction of useful built up area from twenty to
thirty thousand square metres within six months.
Since the end of 1999, our team has established a strong presence in the
German construction market as a subcontractor of German companies, mainly
working on residential and public buildings of a total built up area exceeding
25 000 sq.m. The office of the company’s German division is situated in
Hockenheim.
Since April 1999, the company is a regular member of the Bulgarian Chamber
of Construction. We have been attested for our entire activity by the Ministry of
Regional Development and Public Works.
The company applies the experience gathered in Germany in design and
construction work using state-of-the-art technologies and materials made in
Bulgaria and abroad. Our successful cooperation with some of the largest
German corporations include:
- PERI – in the field of shuttering works with the “Domino” and “Multiflex”
systems for erection works of structures with and without beams ;
- BAUMIT – in the field of waterproofing and plasters;
- KNAUF – one of the leading companies for the application of “Dry
construction systems for partition walls, suspended ceilings, plasters and
stucco”.
