The complex "BREEZE" is situated in the southern part of
Sunny Beach. The town of Nessebar is very close, only 10
minutes walking. The beach is 2 minutes away. In front of
the development are the sand dunes. That area is a nature
reserve and is protected by the government against any
construction works, so the sea view is guaranteed in the
years to come.
The building is a single block on six storeys and is a solid
construction. It is mineral coated and is with external heat
and water insulation. All the materials used are modern
and of a great quality. There is a swimming pool, green
areas and a decorative fence surrounding the complex. A
round-the-year security guarding and maintenance of the
swimming pool and green areas will be done for you. The
annual charge is approximately 300 euros.
The apartments are entirely completed with first quality
materials and all of them are facing the sea. Walls in all the
rooms are latex painted in the colour you want, floorings
are done with laminated parquet or tiles. Bathrooms and
toilets are terracotta tiled and luxurious fully fitted
