southern part of Sunny Beach. It is just opposite the resort
stadium, nearby are only hotels. The town of Nessebar is less
tnan 10 minutes on foot away. The beach is 3 minutes away.
The two detached buildings are on four floors and are solid
construction. They are mineral coated and are with external
heat and water insulation. There is a swimming pool and
green areas in the complex. A round-the-year security
guarding and maintenance of the swimming pool and green
areas will be done for you. The annual charge is
approximately 300 euro.
The apartments are entirely completed with first quality
materials and all of them are facing the sea. Walls in all the
rooms are latex painted in the colour you want, floorings are
done with laminated parquet or mosaic. Bathrooms and
toilets are terracotta tiled and luxurious fully fitted including
a boiler heater. You can see how they look and choose one
of them at the pictures: bathroom 1, bathroom 2 and
bathroom 3. Balconies are tiled with granite-gress. Frame
work of windows is PVC with mounted grids against insects.
Each apartment is fitted for air conditioning (You can have
the unit installed for additional 500 euro). Telephone and
cable television connections are included.
Furniture is not included, but you can have it for an
additional 5200 euro and that includes the following:
1. Kitchen cupboards, sink, devices: refrigerator or washing
machine (1), extractor fan (2), cooker with oven (3) and (4).
